How much does it cost?
Nothing for now. During the launch phase, Fenua’p takes no commission and charges no fees at all: the customer pays you directly and you keep the full amount you charge. As things stand, should fees be introduced later, they will be announced in advance, well below international platforms, and you will be free to decline them before they apply. You set your prices, you keep your freedom.
Am I required to work set hours?
No. You are completely free: you turn on your availability whenever you want, with no penalty.
What documents do I need?
It depends on the trade — the full list is higher up this page. The app guides you document by document, and checking your file takes 24 to 48 hours.
Does it help with my bookkeeping?
Already a little, and it will grow. Today the app keeps the receipts for your jobs and separates what you take in from what is actually left once your costs are deducted — fuel, maintenance and insurance for a ride, service costs for a table. Fuller bookkeeping is in preparation: we are not announcing a date, but it is on the roadmap. Your data stays yours.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly, using the payment methods offered in the app. You can track your income in the app.
